How will the publisher respond to my request?
The publisher will respond to your request within the Request Manager inbox in your PLSclear account.
The Request Manager gives you real-time updates on your requests and lets you communicate directly with the publisher to clarify or follow up on any pending requests.
Will I receive an email when the publisher has responded to my request?
You will receive email notifications whenever your request is updated if you have opted into "Receive request confirmations instantly and notifications of request updates". Opt in or out of receiving notification emails in the 'Communication Settings' section of your Profile Manager.
How long will it take the publisher to get back to me?
Response times will vary depending on the publisher.
You may receive an immediate response if the details of your request meet their specific criteria for automated licensing. If not, the request will be sent to their PLSclear inbox to be handled directly.
