What reports are available to publishers in PLSclear?

There are three reports available to publishers in the 'Reports' tab of PLSclear.

  1. Submitted Requests - This shows all requests that you have submitted to other publishers.
  2. Incoming Payments - This report shows the PLSclear revenue that has been paid out to you. It is updated quarterly before PLSclear payments are made in March, June, September, and December.
  3. Received Requests - A detailed report of all requests you’ve received as a publisher including information such as the requestor’s company and sector, purpose of use and if the request was processed automatically or manually, making it easier to analyse your requests.

    Here you can also see the payment status of all invoiced requests. Please note this report is for illustrative purposes only and the payment statuses displayed are not final until monies have been distributed.

There is also a smaller report of all requests available in your Request Manager inbox.

How often are the reports updated?

The Submitted Requests and Received Requests reports are updated in real time.

The Payments Report is updated quarterly when we issue a PLSclear payment (March, June, September, and December.)

Can I adjust the date range for my reports?

Yes, you can pull reports for different date ranges.

Some browsers may ask you to provide a time range, but this is not required.
